How it works
- Once your order is shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email.
- You can also log into your account (if you created one) to see your order history and tracking info.
To check the status of your order, please refer to the shipping confirmation email we sent you. It includes a direct tracking link so you can see exactly where your parcel is in real time.

- Still cant find it? Email us at sales@thebeauifultees.com and we will send you an update right away.
If your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. Contact us at sales@thebeautifultees.com with your order number.
Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If it’s in its original condition and shows no signs of use, we’ll proceed with your refund or exchange. If the return does not pass inspection (e.g., worn, damaged, or not in original condition), your request may be rejected. In that case, we’ll contact you to discuss other options such as a store credit, partial refund, or returning the item to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However if your item arrives misprinted, damaged or incorrect, we will make it right to get a replacement or refund to you. Again please email us at sales@thebeautifultees.com with

Once we confirm the problem, we'll arrange a free replacement or refund - no need to return the faulty item.
How long does it take?
- Most replacements are sent within a few days of your claim being approved.
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide. As our designs are made to order especially for you, please allow 3-5 working days for printing and packaging and a further 5-7 working days for delivery. Our delivery varies from country to country but usually arrives within 5-7 working days, please keep up to date with your tracking number for live updates on your package.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on your location and fulfilment centre stock. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal service issues beyond our control.
