How it works

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll get a tracking number by email.
  • You can also log into your account (if you created one) to see your order history and tracking info.

To check the status of your order, please refer to the shipping confirmation email we sent you. It includes a direct tracking link so you can see exactly where your parcel is in real time.

Extended Xmas returns: All orders placed from Friday 21st November 2025 are eligible for our extended returns period until January 14th 2026. All other terms and conditions continue to apply.

If your order isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return it for a refund or exchange. Contact us at sales@thebeautifultees.com with your order number and if you would like a refund or exchange and we will provide you with the returns postal address.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return your item(s) to us tagged, unworn and neatly folded and packaged. Please do not wash the item(s). Please do not to fold the print.
Any item that is not in a saleable condition on reaching us will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

The customer will be responsible for paying postal costs for returning the item(s). In the case of exchanges, 'The North Curve' will cover the cost of posting the exchange item(s) to the customer. Postal costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. The customer will also be responsible for the item(s) reaching us in good time and condition. You may want to use a trackable postal method.

Refund processing time

If approved for refund, it will be credited to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
Check your bank account or PayPal account again.
Contact your bank/credit card company to see if it is waiting to clear.
If you used PayPal, you may have to 'accept' the refund before it clears.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@thebeautifultees.com

Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.



Yes! We offer shipping worldwide. Please allow 3-5 working days for printing and packaging of orders and a further 5-7 working days for delivery. Our delivery varies from country to country but usually arrives within 5-7 working days of shipping. Please keep up to date with your tracking number for live updates on your package.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time without notice. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system and third party payment processors.

4.Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary based on your location and fulfilment centre stock. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal service issues beyond our control.
